Executive Assistant

Sandrine Regeon joined CARB-X as Executive Assistant in May 2025. In this role, she supports the Executive Director, the Chief of External Affairs, and the Chief of R&D, collaborating closely with the broader Executive Team to enhance coordination, strategic alignment, and efficiency across the organization.

She brings more than 15 years of experience providing high-level executive support and governance coordination across international nonprofit, public sector, and policy settings. Prior to CARB-X, Sandrine served as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board at FIND, The Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics. She also supported the leadership team at HealthAI – The Global Agency for Responsible AI in Health. Earlier in her career, she worked at the French National Assembly as Assistant to a Member of Parliament and at a Brussels-based public affairs firm.

Sandrine holds a Master’s degree in European Policies from the Institut d’Études Politiques in Aix-en-Provence and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Foreign Languages from the University of Grenoble.
