Antimicrobial Drug Development Project Officer

Anita Sheoran is Program Officer at NIAID’s Drug Development Section (DDS) in Division for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID). Prior to joining NIAID, she held several positions in private sector and academia supporting pre-clinical to the early clinical phase development of drugs against multi-drug resistant bacteria and fungi. She serves as steering committee member of defense health funded wound infection prevention and management task area at Military Infectious Diseases Research Program.
