Alison joined CARB-X after 20 years of working in global mission-driven organizations. Immediately prior to CARB-X, Alison spent 8 years as Associate Director and Senior Analyst at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Global Support Services. She previously worked on grant-funded microenterprise and girls education programs in sub-Saharan Africa and in affordable housing and community development at a governmental agency. She is a long-time board member of a Boston community development corporation. Alison holds a M.B.A. from the Simmons School of Management and a M.A. from George Washington University.
