The DZIF Product Development Unit (PDU) invites you to the second part of our Clinical Workshop on Small Molecules and Biologicals, which will take place in January and February 2023 as an online format. This second part of the workshop is independent from the first one, therefore knowledge of the first part or other workshops of this series is not required.

The workshop will cover different aspects of clinical trial design and the application process. Experts from regulatory bodies, ethics committee, industry and supporting infrastructures as well as DZIF scientists will provide relevant guidance and share their experience in clinical trial planning and conduct.

The workshop will be held as a weekly webinar over the course of three weeks with the following topics:

• Session 1: Introduction on clinical development
  Thursday 19^th January 2023, start at 3 pm (CET)
• Session 2: Role of ethics committee and supporting infrastructures
  Thursday 26^th January 2023, start at 3 pm (CET)
• Session 3: Regulatory background of clinical studies
  Thursday 2^nd February 2023, start at 3 pm (CET)
