Finance and Grants Manager

Brittainy Roth leads budgeting, invoicing, and financial compliance for CARB-X product developers. With expertise in research administration, she has supported US federal and state grants, and foundation awards for more than a decade. Prior to joining CARB-X, Brittainy served as Senior Grant Manager at the Harvard Program in Therapeutic Science, which seeks to improve drug treatments by understanding how drugs work through experimental approaches with computational modeling and advanced analytics.

Brittainy holds a BA in environmental studies and political science from Western Michigan University, and an MA in psychology from Harvard Extension School.
