Project Manager

Hala Skinner is a Project Manager for CARB-X Digital Resources (CDR) at RTI International. Prior to joining RTI, she worked at GlaxoSmithKline in preclinical, Safety Assessment division as a principal investigator for several toxicology studies, a global project lead for integrated laboratory systems, and a validation manager for several internal and external software programs that supported toxicology studies. She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a minor in Chemistry.
