Project Liaison

Julie Kron is a drug development project manager who has more than 15 years’ experience managing multiple, highly complex process and product development projects in pharma/biotech. She has experience delivering clinical trial materials on time, experienced in managing contract manufacturing/research organizations (CMO/CRO) and has successfully led over 6 vaccine and small molecule investigational projects in Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical studies. In addition, she has implemented multiple project management tools and processes to drive projects in terms of timelines, quality and budgets. She has a Biology degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from North Carolina State University.
