Program Manager

Rick Satcher is a Program Manager within RTI’s Center for Global Health, where he leads the assessment and commercialization of novel technologies developed via public-private partnerships. He has coordinated partnerships for National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), the Department of Justice’s Forensic Center of Excellence, NASA, and the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC). Prior to joining RTI, he directed all sales and marketing activities for Fulcrum Pharma Developments, a drug development consulting company that specializes in strategy and management of lead to proof-of-concept development programs.
