The Communications Manager will work closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives (DSI) to envision, create and implement effective communications strategies for CARB-X. The Communications Manager will work independently to coordinate media relations and social media, seeking opportunities to build support for CARB-X and its leadership role in the field. The Communications Manager will be familiar with digital platforms and ideally possess knowledge of the drug development and antimicrobial resistance space. The Communications Manager will work closely with several external vendors to produce print and digital collateral.
Bachelors’ Degree, direct experience may substitute for educational requirement. Must have directly relevant experience creating and using digital platform content. Demonstrated experience creating high-quality written materials for public dissemination required. Prior experience and knowledge of the drug development and antimicrobial resistance space is preferred.
